Our custom-created soundtrack will set the mood for a relaxing and restorative session, while your instructor guides you through movements to activate all your major joints. Take this class to aid your recovery from more strenuous workouts, or simply to improve your range of motion and core strength for everyday life.

What to Do
  • Avoid a large or heavy meal before your class and try to avoid eating the hour before it. If that’s not possible, stick to light snacks such as dates and nuts.
  • Drink lots of water before and after your workout.
  • Get excited – you’re about to move your body and have fun!
What to Wear
  • Our curated range of Kayanee activewear has been made specifically to support you during your workout and to move with your body. We recommend choosing the right range depending on your workout’s intensity – discover more, here.
  • If you haven’t yet got your Kayanee gear, wear workout clothing such as leggings, a sports bra, and a comfortable t-shirt or tank top.
What to Bring
  • A hair tie or headband.
  • Positive vibes and a healthy mindset – you’ll leave feeling invigorated and inspired!

Modify or cancel your booking at least 12 hours before the class start time to avoid charges; cancellations made within the specified time frame result in a full refund.
