Return and Exchange

All products should be used strictly in accordance with their instructions, precautions and guidelines. You should always check the ingredients for products to avoid potential allergic reactions.

Product categories not available for refund or exchange:

  1. 1.Personal body care;
  2. 2.Vitamins/Supplements;
  3. 3.Hair Care;
  4. 4.Custom orders;
  5. 5.Products on sale or part of a promotion;
  6. 6.Gift vouchers; and
  7. 7.Sports bra/ underpinnings

We may refuse to accept orders at our sole and absolute discretion if we notice an unusual and/or suspicious number of returns or exchanges of products.

Return

Subject to meeting the conditions set out in the Return and Exchange Policy, we offer a 14 day returns policy on selected products.

In order to be eligible for a refund, all returned products must be in an unaltered, unused and in full saleable original condition, with all tags and labels attached and must include the original invoice/receipt. Any return that does not include the original invoice/receipt will not be processed.

For products purchased online, the item must be in original packaging and tag attached.

Refund of an in-store purchase:

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may visit our store to process the refund, within 14 day of purchase.

Refund of an online purchase:

For products purchased online, you may choose to return the product for a refund, within 14 day of delivery:

Request a return online:

  1. 1. Log into your account and click on ‘Purchases’.
    2. Select the order you want to return and click “Return Order.”
  2. 3. The courier will contact you to schedule the pick-up of your return package.

For both in-store and online refunds, the refund will only be processed after the product(s) returned have been approved. After approval, we will issue a full value refund of duly returned undamaged products. Your refund will be processed by one of the following methods:

  • A.For in-store returns, refunds will be credited back to your
    original means of payment; if you paid by cash or Mada, will
    refund the amount in cash.

  • B.For online return requests, refunds will be credited back to your
    original means of payment. If you have paid by Cash on
    Delivery, we will transfer the refund amount to your Saudi bank
    account through the IBAN number you provide during the
    return process.

  • C.If you have paid using delayed payment providers (such as
    Tabby or Tamara), your refund will be processed in accordance
    with the service provider’s terms and conditions.

Please note that the refund processing time may differ depending on the method of payment used and your banks processing time.

Exchange:

If the new item is of greater value than the original, we will charge you the difference. If the new item is of lesser value than the original, we will issue a refund for the difference on the original payment method.
